Senior SAP Hybris Developer.

About you.

You are a Senior SAP Hybris Developer who will work in the fully integrated digital company, where technology, design, content, media, and product specialists work together. With the interdisciplinary approach, Wireless Media is focused on gathering the team of top industry talents to work together on the new SAP Hybris commerce project. This is one of the largest SAP Hybris omni-channel projects in the telecommunication industry in the Southeast Europe region.
You will take a part in building high performance digital solutions through SAP Hybris platform.

Responsibilities.

• Collaborate with internal solution teams and SAP consultants to plan and architect the overall solution architecture and capabilities to meet client’s requirements
• Design modern algorithms in fields of e-commerce industry
• Architect, design, and implement elegant and scalable microservices
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other teams
• Lead, supervise, and mentor junior software developers
• Ensure that delivery is implemented according to the policies/standards and solution is benchmarked externally
• Embrace the Agile process, be self-empowered, take ownership of, and responsibility for your work
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in technology and industry best practices and identifying where they can be incorporated to bring continual improvement to engineering practices and processes

Required experience.

• 3+ years of experience in web development and e-commerce based on Hybris platform
• Expert knowledge of Java/J2EE, servlets and JSP
• Knowledge of SQL databases, Mongo, Redis
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Gradle framework
• Experience working in a Continuous Integration tools
• Strong technical and architectural skills
• Knowledge of web applications architecture and HTTP protocol
• Experience in omni-channel solution is preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Computer science or related university degree
• Working experience in formal Agile environment is a plus
