SAP Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for the SAP Junior Business Analyst to join our team which is working on the implementation of SAP CPQ solution (Configure, Price, Quote).

With an interdisciplinary approach, you will be a part of the team that represents a mixture of technology, and product specialists working together with SAP consultants, creating a meaningful impact in the world of the connected consumer.

You will work closely with organization management and business stakeholders on understanding customer requirements. SAP Junior Business Analyst actively participates in the software development life cycle with the support of a Lead Business Analyst.

Responsibilities.

  • Work with Business Consultant, Software Architect, Business Analyst, and Project Manager to ensure alignment with customer requirements,     
  • Participate in solution design activities (e.g. requirements gathering, business and technical analysis and design),     
  • Participate in the documentation of the customer’s business requirements including their product specifications, aligned with SAP CPQ functionalities,     
  • Actively participate in identifying powerful and meaningful MVPs of the SAP CPQ to satisfy essential business requirements, and meets project objectives,     
  • Participate in product development, testing, user acceptance, and deployment to ensure the project scope and timeline are met,    
  • Takes active participation in tracking and resolving all submitted tickets during post-production support,     
  • Develop and understand features, capabilities, and limitations of SAP CPQ,     
  • Creating rules and dependencies in the system to create a configuration that matches the client's requirements,     
  • Participation in writing other business documents (e.g. User manual),     
  • Support the creation of process flows and operating models for changes and enhancements.

Requirements.

  • B.S. or M.S degree, with preference on technical study with Computer Science or Engineering,
  • Strong ability to gather, understand and translate business requirements into working solutions,
  • Possesses technical and logical thinking and a logical approach to problem solving,
  • Basic SQL and logical programming operations knowledge,
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment,
  • Previous experience with SaaS is a plus,
  • Familiar with Agile Methodology is a plus,
  • Experience with CRM / Sales Cloud / SalesForce / CPQ software implementation is plus.
