SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)-Gigya helps companies turn unknown site visitors into known, loyal and engaged customers. We are looking for the SAP Customer Data Cloud Consultant to join our team which is working on the implementation of SAP CDC solution.

You will work closely with the business stakeholder on understanding business requirements, creation, and planning of the project roadmap and prioritization. SAP Customer Data Cloud Consultant demonstrates in-depth knowledge and expertise of the system. Works with the implementation team and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver scalable and flexible SAP CDC systems to fit our client's needs.

Responsibilities.

  • You will be responsible for successfully gathering client requirements, solution configuration and capturing design decisions and architecture in Functional and Technical Design Documentations leveraging out-of-the-box functionalities of SAP Customer Data Cloud platform,
  • Actively participate in the configuration of the solution during the implementation cycle to ensure the project scope and timeline are met,
  • Support the development team with formal QA and UAT review, as well as pre-launch preparation and planning,
    Plan and execute strategy for the migration of existing accounts, subscriptions, and user registration records from existing customer systems into the SAP CDC/Gigya platform,
  • Assist customers with go-live production launch and appropriate level of hypercare support,
    On-a-regular-basis monitor SAP Customer Data Cloud roadmap and releases, and inform internal and external stakeholders about significant changes and innovations,
  • Design, code, and test the appropriate level of customizations that are identified, reviewed, and allowed within the project scope and budget,
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills,
  • Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
  • Ability to work independently and drive tasks from start through completion.

Requirements.

  • Experience with IAM and CIAM Solutions such as SAP Customer Data Cloud, Okta, PingID, Microsoft AD for B2C, Amazon Cogito, Auth0,
  • Previous experience with SaaS, marketing, and data platforms,
  • At least 3 years of experience in software implementation (in any role Dev, QA, BA, PO, PM),
  • Strong ability to gather, understand and translate business requirements into working solutions,
  • Ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously,
  • B.S. or M.S degree, with preference on technical study with Computer Science or Engineering,
  • Experience using Agile Methodology,
  • Front-end web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus,
  • Knowledge of JS frameworks such as Vue.js, AngularJS and React is a plus.
