About You.
You are a Graphic Designer who has a degree in Graphic Design or other related areas with at least 2+ years of work experience working within an advertising agency or internal consumer brand environment. You have expert knowledge of typography and graphic design principles, with a solid creative portfolio.
Responsibilities.
- Conceptualization and design: participate in research and conceptualization as a part of a team, following directions set by the Creative director; participate in the preparation of the creative solution presentations both for stakeholders and the team; research the competition, follow trends and best practices; transfer creative briefs into design solutions. Apply briefed brand expectations to all creative deliverables.
- Processes: responsible for organizing and providing access to materials for further development and implementation to both the Creative and Content team; provide the Project Manager with necessary estimations for the design process on a certain part of the project s/he is in charge of; responsible for following procedures in the design project team and partnering with copywriters and other graphic designers to ensure all identified goals for visual design and brand strategy are accomplished.
- Quality: ensure all design layouts are optimized for end-use and delivered according to specifications, agency quality standards, and digital requirements. Maintain an up-to-date and organized set of files for project archive.
Commitment: contribute to weekly/daily team discussions with creative and project management to reduce issues/ensure projects stay on brand and on schedule. Participate in meetings to offer creative input and ensure that all assigned work is communicated in the right way.
Requirements.
- 2+ years experience in the sphere of digital/graphic design, ideally working within agency or internal consumer brand environment
- Extensive knowledge of Typography, Color Theory, and Design Principles
- Preferred experience in creating visual brand identity and brand style guides
- Deep knowledge of Adobe tools: Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of After Effects and some prototype creating tool is an advantage
- Proactivity in gathering information and eager to share knowledge and ideas
- Strong conceptual thinking and expressed creativity
