SAP Tehnical Analyst.

About you.

You are a SAP Technical Analyst who will be a part of a strong team working on the regional SAP Customer Experience (CX) implementations.

With an interdisciplinary approach, you will be a part of the team that represents a mixture of technology, business analysts, and QA testers working together with business consultants, creating a meaningful impact in the world of the connected consumer.

Required experience.

  • 2+ years experience as integration developer or technical analyst in enterprise projects
  • Good knowledge of web technologies and services (HTTP, SOAP, REST, ODATA...)
  • Solid understanding of different data formats (JSON, XML, XSLT and other XML-related technologies)
  • Basic programming knowledge in a OOP languages
  • Experience with Agile framework
  • Experience with CPI, HCI or PI is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges

Responsibilities.

  • Proposes appropriate solutions in client’s architecture taking into account the sustainability and maintenance of the solution, best practices and own experience.
  • Checks the technical feasibility with the client and collects technical information to assess the feasibility of the project
  • Participates in defining APIs, integration mappings with client and solution architect
  • Participates in defining integration points on the project
  • Uses best practices or already predefined integration flows
  • In accordance with the design of the solution, integrates SAP CX products with other systems through SAP CPI
  • If necessary, perform appropriate mappings and adjustments on products to be integrated through the CPI, in coordination with the Business Analyst and/or client
  • Communicates with the client in order to obtain the necessary technical information in the project
  • Tests every integration flow done through SAP CPI (development testing)
  • Supports QA tester during testing
  • Provides an estimate of the time required to implement a particular integration flow or to estimate the overall integration
  • Solves technical issues and bugs after the release of the project
  • Opens incidents of a technical nature to external solution vendors as needed
  • Support pre-sales team as needed
