Sales Manager.

About you.

You are a motivated, well-organized, goal oriented individual and experienced Sales manager ready to join our growing team. You will be working in an Agile environment, with our Business Consultants, Project Managers and Software Architects on closing new contracts with clients from the Region. You will be reporting to the Business Development Director, and actively participate in and influence company market positioning and visibility, decision making and shaping our products.

Required experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate and/or B2B ICT sales management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Tech-IT

  • Proven track record in IT software development & services sales.

Key competencies.

  • Experience in sales management

  • Experience in negotiation

  • Familiarity with SAP portfolio is a plus

  • Creatively combine formal and informal communication channels in order to achieve the desired result

  • Ability to discuss complex software concepts and product capabilities in a business relevant manner.

Responsibilities.

  • Designing and implementing operative and strategic sales goals

  • Develops and maintains effective customer relationships at executive levels and qualifies new sales leads

  • Ensure assigned revenue goals and activities according to business strategy and business plan

  • Maintain sales volume according to the portfolio strategy. Establish and adjust sales offers by monitoring costs, competition and market demands

  • Carry out market research, competitor and suggest strategies

  • Competence developing and delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences including those at C*O level.

  • Work on large deals and bid process for the targeted customers

  • Manages the sales pipeline in a proactive manner to ensure attainment of the individual and group contributions to the established goals.

  • Responsible for initial contact with the potential clients, lead qualification, creating presentation and budget proposal for potential clients. Leads negotiation process and closing a sales process

  • Proactive monitoring of regional markets and identification of target customers

  • Maintains customer contact during and after the selling process to pre-empt any issues and identify further opportunities

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly KPIs and targets

  • Monitor overall clients satisfaction with contracted deliverables as a prerequisite for future business development

  • Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing knowledge within company

  • Attending educational workshops for specific SAP products and maintain professional and technical knowledge

  • Attend marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows) representing the company

  • Travel for sales activities to different locations
