About you.
You are a SAP Marketing Cloud Business Analyst with a mix of analysis and marketing experience who will be a part of a strong team working on the regional SAP Marketing Cloud implementation.

Required experience.

- 2+ years’ experience as a marketing analyst or marketing manager.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as SAP (Marketing and Analytics Cloud), Salesforce (Marketing Cloud) or Oracle (Eloqua and Oracle Infinity) or similar.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges.
Key competences.
- Defining client business requirements and creating solution design.
- Configure SAP Marketing Cloud based on the business requirements.
- Analyse data from different sources and create reports that can help improving business.
Responsibilities.
- Schedule and lead workshops with customers to understand, define and document their business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to confirm the solution design approach for the project.
- Understand, document and configure the unique requirements for each customer’s request - profiling attributes, segmentation attributes, different kinds of target groups, campaign design and execution, lead management, marketing planning and budgeting and customer-facing content.
- Actively participate in the configuration and testing of the solution to ensure the project scope and timeline are met.
- Collaborate with other team members on integration data mapping requirements and design (Customer Data Cloud, SAP Commerce, Sales Cloud, CMS)
- Analyze, measure and report on key performance indicators which tie to overall marketing and business objectives.
- Help brainstorm and recommend actionable improvements to marketing campaigns based on data insights.
- Work with stakeholders to create, and manage marketing and business line reports, analyses, and dashboards, using Marketing Cloud and SAP Analytics tool.
- Monitor digital and content marketing trends and evolving best practices, and report back to the team.
